HP ENVY 5014 All-in-One Printer

I have purchased HP Envy 5014 all in printer in the USA and now want to use it in India. I want to know the process and which cartridge number is compatible in India. In the USA I used 65

I see that you are looking for using your Printer in another country.

 

Kindly refer to the below image for supported ink for your printer in India.

 

 

However, once you purchase the supported ink for your new located country.

You will have to perform a regional reset on your printer to continue printing.

To perform a printer region reset you need to meet the following conditions:

 

Which country did you move from and to?

Do you have the ink cartridges for both regions?

Do you have a printer USB cable or is it connected wirelessly?

Do you have the printer full feature software or the HP smart app and drivers installed on your PC?

If you meet the above conditions then let me know the following details:

1) The operating system of your PC, is it Windows or Mac?

2) Confirm the printer model.

 

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Do you have the ink cartridges for both regions?   No

Do you have a printer USB cable or is it connected wirelessly?  its connected via Wifi

Do you have the printer full feature software or the HP smart app and drivers installed on your PC?  No, i use smart app through my Phone

If you meet the above conditions then let me know the following details:

1) The operating system of your PC, is it Windows or Mac?  i have windows PC

2) Confirm the printer model.  HP Envy 5014
