Product: HP Envy 5032

I am trying to help an elderly Neighbour whose HP Envy 5032 containing HP Instant Ink Cartridges is showing the error message about the HP Instant Ink Cartridges fitted since she cancelled the order for Instant Ink back in November 2022 because she and her aged husband where moving in to Sheltered accommodation. I believe she may at the same time have cancelled her account. Please advice simplest and straightforward action she should take.
