Hello,
One year ago I bought a new HP AiO Envy 5032 for which I configured the Instant Ink program (free, up to 15 pages per month). After installing the initial cartridges I received two new ones (black and colours). Now, one year later, I recently started to use the 3rd colour-cartridge, but I'm still using the first black-cartridge, because Instant Ink tells me that there's still enough ink in there. However the level is quite low and actually black is not printing at all. Cleaning the printhead (twice) doesn't solve this problem. So I want to replace the cartridge with a new one which hopefully solves my problem. But I'm supposed to replace the black cartridge only when Instant Ink tells me to. So what can I do? Will Instant Ink send me a new cartridge anyway after replacing it?
