HP Recommended

I have an HP Envy 5055 and it is saying "Cartridge Problem" and is asking to remove the black ink cartridge and reinstall it. I just put 2 brand new ink cartridges in it. I have tried resetting the printer. I cleaned the cartridges and the holder, and it still is not recognizing the new black ink cartridge. What do I need to do to get this cleared or bypassed?
