HP Envy 5530

I just changed the cartridges. Did all the diagnostics, alignments, head cleaning, etc. Will NOT print Yellow, Green, or Red. Just Black, Blue and PInk.
Help.

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve yellow not printing on your Envy 5530 printer.  Note green = yellow + cyan, red = yellow + magenta.  If yellow is not printing properly then it will also cause red and green to not print properly.

If the steps in the document above do not resolve the issue I would suggest the following:  remove the color cartridge and gently blot the printhead on a damp tissue.  A good cartridge will show a strong blot of cyan, magenta and yellow.  If your cartridge only shows cyan and magenta (likely) you may be able to recover the cartridge as follows:  get a  coffee cup and put about 1" of hot (but not boiling) water in it.  Carefully set the cartridge nozzles down (the same orientation it would be in the printer) in the water.  Let the cartridge sit in the hot water for about ten minutes.  Remove the cartridge and gently dry the electrical contacts with a lint-free wipe.  A clean coffee filter works well for this.  Do not shake the water off the cartridge as this could cause ink to fly out the nozzles.  Do not use a hairdryer to dry the electrical connections as this can cause the ink nozzles to clog.  After the above procedure put the cartridge back in the printer and see if the issue has been resolved.
