HP Recommended
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Envy 5530 prints and copies blank pages.  Printer keeps saying it is low on ink and computer says it needs to be realigned. I have replaced the ink with 2 new HP cartridges 

to no avail.

I have unplugged for an hour turned on and off and likewise with my computer.

This has happened before but my grandson fixed it but he is no longer around.
