Yesterday I tried printing a color document and the pages came out sort of faded /wrong colors indicating the supply levels were low. Replaced with a brand new HP color cartridge and now I get no color at all. The Printer shows supply levels are full. Have done all the things suggested on the website - removed the black cartridge to try and print with one cartridge - get blank pages. Tried cleaning the print head multiple times -from the website, from the app, from the printer. The print quality page prints in black, no color showing up at all. The printer alignment page also has black only, no color. I tried putting the old toner cartridge in, but no color from that one either now. Tried printing high quality, tried uninstalling and reinstalling the print driver, updated the firmware....no change. Any ideas??
