HP Recommended

I’m using the HP Envy 5530 printer and black ink will not print. I have replaced the old black ink cartridge with a new black ink cartridge and it still will not print anything black. Previous messages I’ve seen about this. I’ve been archived and I’m not able to see what the solution was. If anyone knows the solution, could you please share? Thanks!

See if EWS can provide more information.

Otherwise I am just guessing:  Printer ink if not genuine HP or maybe the printhead and contacts just need to be cleaned.
