Product: HP ENVY 5535 e-All-in-One Printer

My Envy 5535 suddenly stopped printing colors correctly.  Performed “clean printing head” numerous times without any changes.  The test sheet prints without cyan or red.   Changed both black and color cartridges with genuine HP cartridges and still no change.      Looking for suggestions to resolve this issue.
