I have a white streak on my color prints. I have performed a three-level cartridge cleaning and a printer alignment. The streak is still there. It's a little hard to see because the forum resizes images and I had to downscale the image to get under forum max image size, but see the pink section of the ColorLok logo and the white line towards the bottom of the green box at the bottom of the page in the attached scan of the print quality diagnostic. What is causing this and what else can I try to resolve it? qual report after 3rd level clean and align

Thanks! I'm an Instant Ink customer and I chatted with support this morning and have another color cartridge on the way, as all of my other troubleshooting led me to that being the next thing to try.
I'd never used the copy feature before so I hadn't thought to try it before now. I just copied a magazine cover that had a lot of blue and red graphics. I see the faint/faded lines similar to what was in the green box on the quality print image I shared previously. I don't have any completely white lines like there was in the magenta of the logo on the quality print. This leads me to believe that there's a problem with the magenta print head, where if the printer calls for pure magenta like on the quality print I'll get a completely white line, and if the printer calls for a color that needs some magenta, I'll see faded lines based on how much magenta was needed for that color. Both blue and red require magenta in the CMYK color system, so that's probably why I see the faded lines in those areas.
Hopefully the new cartridges help.
