HP Envy 5640 display saysI nk Cartridge problem for black ink, HP Smart app says the same.
Tried the suggested solutions from the HP Smart app, cleaned the cartridge, checked firware up to date, disconnected and reconnected, checked the printer can connect to the internet and so on. Still no fix. I subsribe to HP Instant Ink but the HP Smart app says no ink replacement until the error is fixed. I do not have a spare black ink cartridge to try so where do I go from here?
