Product: HP ENVY All-in-One - 27-b214

My official HP Envy 5660 ink cartridges have to be cleaned several times a day before they will work and when they do the print quality is not acceptable. I have changed ink cartridges three time in the past two weeks thinking it was defective cartridges but there is something else going on with this the printer. Is there something else that needs to be cleaned in order to make brand new official HP ink cartridges function properly? I've gone through the printer's auto clean process until I am blue in the face and have virtually drained the cartridges trying to clean them. Right now, the printer is undependable and virtually useless. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
