Since the beginning of the week I have been unable to print with my HP ENVY 5660 displaying the error "Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed and then touch OK".
It happened when I replaced the cartridges. The black is OK, but the color cartridge did not work.
I have tried to remove and reinstall the cartridge and it does not work,
I tried to restart the printer multiple time , and it does not work
I am still getting the error.
I tried to put the empty cartridge and it worked, so I assume the cartridge is in fault.
I use genuine HP ink cartridges in the printer.
I would be very grateful if an HP representative could reply to this message.

I'd like to help!
Perform the steps from this document and see how it goes. If that does not work, the cartridge may be faulty and needs replacement.
Update the firmware
