I changed the black ink cartridge (Black 62 - C2P04A) and am now receiving an error "Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed, and then touch OK." I have tried this, cleaning the contacts, resetting the printer to factory defaults, verifying firmware to be updated, and none has fixed the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @hark95
Welcome to HP Support Community. This is a great place to post questions and find answers.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are facing cartridge issues with your HP ENVY 5661 E-All-In-One Printer.
Please remove the black ink cartridge and check if the printer is printing with only color cartridge installed.
If that works then the black cartridge has a hardware issue.
Let me know if this works.
Take care and have a good day.
