HP Envy 6000 Series printing really lighty

My printer all of sudden started printing really lightly, almost a light blue/blackish color.  I changed both the black and color cartridges but it's still doing it, and did a diagnostic test but it said nothing was wrong.  What is the problem and how can I fix it?
