HP ENVY 6065e All-in-One Printer

I am wanting to print something on a thicker cardstock. I can't seem to find the specs for what level of thickness can be printed on this printer. The paper I am looking at is .4mm thick, classified as "heavyweight thick paper". Has anyone printed with this before and did you have success?

@Allys0488, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

HP ENVY 6000 series (including 6065e) supports:

● Plain Paper: 60 to 90 g/m² (16 to 32 lb bond)

● Envelopes: 75 to 90 g/m² (20 to 55 lb bond envelope)

● Cards: Up to 200 g/m² (110 lb index maximum)

● Photo Paper: Up to 300 g/m² (145 lb bond)

Now, let’s do a quick conversion:

0.4 mm thick paper is around 350–400 g/m², depending on density and coating.

That’s well above the supported maximum of 300 g/m².

So technically: It’s not officially supported.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
