Product: HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer

How many color copies should a 67/67XL cartridge make? I bought a cartridge about 3 weeks ago with very little use, and I'm already getting poor color quality. Also, what is the 1800 number for customer service? The website keeps putting me in a frustrating loop leading me back to virtual assistant with no other options.
