Hello,

 

I changed my black ink, because the print lacks of black color. After insert the new ink, my print lacks black color, too. I contacted HP and they say, I need to replace the black ink. But: The printer status page prints a perfect black! I also tried different OS's (Win11, Win10), Android and IOS devices.

 

Why can the printer prints a perfect black status page, but an empty black page from (a fresh) Windows/Android/IOS?! Doesn't make any sense?!?!
