I bought the printer last November and had several issues - it was ok at first, however it has recently started printing halfway down a page so I have a margin about 6 inches on A4 paper then half the photo. Must have wasted about 50 sheets of photo paper trying every combination of paper/margin/quality I could think of. Tried everything so eventually have done a total printer reset. Now I cannot print at all and the panel on the printer alternates "E" and "0" (or it could be a symbol for a rectangle). This may be something to do with the cartridges not being recognised however when I try to go through the re enrollment process it will not accept the Printer Code. Still not sure when all this is (hopefully) resolved that it will print any better.

Update - in the end I rang the helpdesk and they reset my instant ink account which resolved the error message and the cartridges are now recognised. So far as printing half way down the page, this is to do with the glossy paper (240 gsm glossy) I was using. If I use matte paper or thinner glossy paper it prints ok.
