Hello everyone, I was hoping someone could please help. I have 4 days left of my current printer plan and had nearly 100 pages left to print so decided to print them before I downgraded my plan and lost them. Printed 44 pages but when I went to check them, they had all came out blank, except the first page which came out half and half, so it looks like it has run out 😭. My estimated ink levels for black are on about a third, I do not have another ink cartridge to put in, I have not been sent one for a long time, which is strange as I usually get them once I instal a new one and I do not know what to do. My 40 pages that I have printed have been wasted completely and will now cost me money to upgrade my plan to print them again. I am unable to contact anyone to ask about this, as apparently my support options have expired, but considering I chose this printer and plan to ensure I was never out of ink, I have been really let down. Why is my printer not detecting the true levels of my ink or sending me a new cartridge? Is there actually anyway I can speak to someone to get a new cartridge and also get some sort or reimbursement for the lost pages, unfortunately this was the only way I could find to talk to someone. The virtual assistant is great for technological errors, but this issue needs more support, and I could not see another issue like this one. Thank you in advance.

To assist better:
- Does the copy print out the same way?
- What's the application you are trying to print from?
- Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.
You may also refer to this document with steps to fix the " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable to your printer - Print Quality Issues
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
