HP Envy 6020e

It says that the print cartridges are missing but they were already installed when it arrived earlier today. I have followed any info I can find but I seem to be going round in circles. I have an urgent print job but am unable to print. Any help would be welcome

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Make sure the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge errors

 

This printer supports printing in single-cartridge mode. Insert one ink cartridge at a time and try printing to identify the defective ink cartridge.

 

If the error persists with any one of the ink cartridges, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region for a replacement.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
