Hello, I bought an HP Envy 6020e printer but the color setup cartridge did not work during installation. After a complaint to the seller, he gave me a new color and black setup cartridge. When re-installing, the color setup cartridge is already OK, but the printer wants me to use the old black setup cartridge, but they also replaced it during the complaint. What should I do now?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I understand you did not receive the setup cartridges. We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
