Hi. I recently purchased the HP Envy 6055 All in One. Would I be able to use just the black ink for printing or must I have installed in the printer both the black ink and the colored ink?

Interesting catch.
Yes, if you count the pages of the document without regard to the page number indicators (bottom right corner of the page), the count is page 67.
Why the discrepancy?
The result depends on the PDF viewer used.
Some browser PDF viewers count literal document sheets as opposed to using the page numbers indicated in the document Index and on the footer of each page.
For example, the built-in PDF viewer in Chromium Edge counts document pages from the beginning (top) of the document.
