HP Envy 6055 Printer - printing blank pages

I have an HP Envy 6055 printer.  The ink levels are normal but it's printing blank pages.  I've reset, reinstalled, followed the directions of the Virtual Assistant and still nothing.  Anyone else having this issue? Is the printer garbage at this point?

• Are you using genuine HP ink cartridges?
• Does the copy print out the same way? 
• What's the application you are trying to print from? 
• Have you tried printing from a different application or device?

 Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
