HP Envy 6055
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased the HP Envy 6055 during lockdown.  It printed fine when we first bought it, however we didn't need it much.  We recently started using it to print again, and now it is cutting off lines on documents while printing.  I did a hard reset on the printer, and also ran the cleaning and alignment programs, and the issue persists.

 

What else could I be missing?

To assist you better, 

  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
  • Try making a standalone copy from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
