Product: HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have run through all the troubleshooting found here, and ran the clean printheads 15 times. 

If I print a test page I get some black, but only when printing a test page. 

 

I have "real" HP cartridges and the printer has printed less than 100 pages. It is 18 months old. Could this possibly be dead already? 

 

I have read that replacing the cartridge (even though it is 75% full) may help, but if it doesn't, then I have wasted money on the printer and the cartridge. Some reassurance would be helpful. 

 

Anybody?

Let me ask another question about this: has anyone not been able to correct this problem? I need to know if I must toss another HP printer into the trash.
