HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer

I have an HP Envy 6055E. From one day to the next it stopped printing. I contacted customer service - after over an hour and a half of doing nothing other than requesting I reset the wifi, HP blamed it on the black printer cartridge being non-hp. I had been printing perfectly fine with the cartridges for months, and from one day to the next it stopped working. I informed HP of this and that it wasn't possible if it was working prior to with the same ink cartridges. Nonetheless, the continued to blame the cartridge and then ceased to respond to me rather than assist. Would not recommend HP to anyone. Would recommend to just take the loss and go buy a different printer from a different company.

Could you please elaborate in detail so that i can provide some troubleshooting steps.

 

Are you able to make Photocopies?
Is there any error message ?

Hey Raj, 

 

Thank you for reaching out. I have proceeded with purchasing an Epson printer. I was receiving multiple error messages. The last time in an hour and a half, all the assistance I received was being instructed to press one button and it being deemed more important to mention a warranty could be voided - which I wasn't making any warranty claims, nor did I care about the warranty that was going to expire. I simply needed assistance which was not received.
