Microsoft Windows 11

Hi My HP ENVY Photo 6200 printer will only print black and yellow I have changed the colour cartridge but it made no difference. I've also tried un-installing it and re-installing  but again no difference.

I see that you are facing an issue with print quality on your Printer.

 

Make a copy on the printer standalone and let me know if you have the same issue. (Place an original document on the scanner glass and make a copy to confirm hardware is working fine)

I've just tried  making a copy as requested but, the result is just the same , only printing Black and Yellow.

I am sorry to hear that the above steps did not help much.

 

Update the printer firmware by clicking on this link and let me know if that resolves the issue.

I've already done that but, went through the process as per the link that you sent me  and it just confirms that the firmware is up to date.
