Product: HP ENVY Photo 6230 All-in-One Printer

My printer is printing streaks and blurred pages. I have checked and cleaned the ink cartridges they are showing as loaded on the printer I have carried out diagnostic printing pages and it still keeps printing blurred and streaky pages.
