Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My printer was fine but low on ink. I changed color & black ink cartridges but my HP Envy 6400 isn't printing. Only the header comes out -- so it thinks it printed. I've unplugged & turned on/off multiple times. I also re-inserted the cartridges. What to do??
