I replaced relatively new black ink cartridge with newer one thinking it needed replacement but the same error comes up. That is, Ink Cartridge Problem: Remove and reinstall the black ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed, them touch OK. I keep doing this process but no success. This is what is displayed on the printer screen. Thanks.
