HP Envy 7800 has new cartridges and aligned but still printing but yellow. No cyan is being used.

I bought new HP ink for my HP ENVY photo 7800 series. I aligned the cartridges twice and cleaned them twice, but it still shows no cyan or light cyan on the print quality diagnostic and the alignment paper has no color, only black.  I tried printing a picture of my child in grass and the grass is bright yellow instead of green. The picture has a yellow wash over it.  Help please!!

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

As you have already tried the troubleshooting steps, this could be a hardware issue with the tri-color cartridge and may need replacement.
