HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How do you get the HP Envy 785555 to read the ink cartridge,  I have done everything I can think of and ran it through the HP Print and Scan Doc.   Nothing is working and I am ready to throw it out, but can not afford to.  Please help.  Thank you
