HP Recommended
I only print images and the quality of the prints has been steadily worsening. I don’t print a lot either. I got the printer in October 2023 and I have printed more test pages than anything else. I have tried all the maintenance tools available through the HP Smart app and the print quality continues to decline. I’m attaching some of the print quality diagnostic pages I printed after applying each tool and as you can see, the print quality actually declined. By the fourth diagnostic, the bottom print is illegible. I’m also attaching the first and last print demo after doing maintenance and it didn’t improve. I have also noticed that the home screen does not show the tools when I click settings; it just provides printer info. I have a feeling that this printer is a lemon. Is there a way to fix it or should I just move on? Thank.
