Hi there,
My HP ENVY Photo 7858 All-in-One Printer stopped printing the color CYAN. I thought maybe my cartridges might be old so I replaced them with new ones. However after printing something I noticed that blue was not printing. I've tried several things but still no change. Was there something I missed? Here's what I've tried so far:
1. I restarted the printer but there was no change.
2. I printed a Print Quality Diagnostic page and Cyan did not print so I performed a clean cartridges levels 1, 2 & 3 but still no Cyan
3. I tried to perform an alignment but this came back as "alignment unsuccessful"
The last time I printed was before the latest macOS Monterey update to 12.5.1. Any idea what else I can do? Many thanks in advance.

I understand that the cyan ink cartridge is not printing, I am glad to assist you.
If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here
If the issue still persists, this could be a hardware issue and require one on one interaction to fix the issue.
