Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7255e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

We purchased an HP ENVY Inspire 7255e All-in-one printer several months ago and we have never been able to print anything in color.  The original ink cartridges that came with the computer were replaced to see if the cartridge was the issue, and the test sheet when the cartridge was replaced printed in color, but that was the one and only time.  I have checked the printer settings and it is color, not grayscale.
