Hello, I am unable to print clearly—I have ample ink in both cartridges and have ran all available diagnostics, cleanings, alignments, and tools within the printer. I also removed both cartridges, cleaned and wiped them down, and dried them. Nothing has changed—the exact same problem appears again as pictured.

 

has anyone dealt with and solved this?

I see that you are facing an issue with print quality on your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to troubleshoot and let me know if that resolves the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware using this link.
