HP Envy Photo 7100 can not remove streaks. Print quality is terrible

My HP Envy Photo 7100 printer is constantly printing black ink streaks.

|'ve performed all maintenance on the printer: cleaned cartridges, cleaned smears and aligned cartridges.

Ink is HP 64 genuine.

My printer and ink are only 1 month old and I am not willing to swap out the brand new cartridges for other new cartridges.

If you have already performed the steps from the document No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issuesand the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
