Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought a brand new HP Envy Photo 7155 - Did Not Come with Ink Cartridges that Best Buy had delivered to my house. Unable to complete setup as ink cartridges were not included. 

 

I am going to buy ink, but do I still need to bypass to complete my setup or will I be able to install the ink cartridges with no extra steps required?

Thanks for the reply, but I am unable to progress past the "Use SETUP cartridges that came with your printer" I have no ability to press any BL or back button as they are not displayed for me. I have no ability to get to the home screen. I have tried powering the printer off/on and taking the new ink cartridges out but I cannot get past the error on the display screen.

 

I do have the app installed on my laptop. Is there any settings I can go into to bypass the setup cartridge issue from the app?

On the top right corner outside the lit screen you have the wireless tower which is off. So if you press the bottom left which is the back arrow button, does it light up?

 

If it doesn't, I suggest you contact HP Support in your region for the setup cartridges

 


1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
