I've had this HP Envy Photo 7155 since August 13, 2021 and have had printer quality problems especially with the black printer quality since a time period from about Fall 2021 to present date 2/9/22 and have always purchased HP black and color cartridges but more often than not the quality of the black print is not the best (fade away in characters). I do replace the cartridges when printer sends message. I did a check of ink levels and as of today, the color cartridge is half full and the black cartridge is one fourth full (not empty). It was very frustrating at Christmas time when I could not print legible quality return mail labels. I purchased this printer from STAPLES along with "Staples Protection & Tech Help plan powered by Asurion". When I contacted Asurion, its staff referred me back to Staples. At this point I want a refund of the purchase cost of this said printer or do I need to contact the Better Business Bureau?
