I am getting streaks when I print. Also the quality of the black line is not good. When I try and align the cartridges get a message unsuccessful. I have HP Instant Ink and both are over 50%. I would like to contact HP Instant ink and request new cartridges. Cannot find a number for them. Any help would be appreciated.

Clean the ink cartridges as shown in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
Print a print quality report to check the results.
Insert one ink cartridge at a time and try making a standalone copy and check which of the ink cartridge is defective.
