Product: HP ENVY Pro 6455 All-in-One Printer

Not sure what version of Windows I have. Not sure where to find it. The color cartridge is working the black is not.

I have rebooted the printer. I have taken then installed a new black cartridge. Still not printing.

To find the version of Windows click on the magnifying glass icon and type "system information" (without the quotes).  This will open a window that will show the Windows version and other perhaps interesting information.

 

As for black not printing, are there any error messages on the computer or printer?  Does the printer go through the motions of printing but the areas that should be black are missing?  Is there any black print at all or is it missing completely?
