Apparently this is a known issue, this printer not printing Cyan. I wish I knew that before I purchased it. I bought this printer 5 days ago and 3 days in it stopped printing Cyan. We tried everything to fix it so we went back to the store to exchange it. We have had the new one a day and right from the start this one is not printing any Cyan either.
I cleaned the print heads multiple times.
I ran a diagnostic test.
I checked the ink cartridge.
I cleaned the ink cartridge.
I reset the printer.
I unplugged the printer for 60+ seconds.
Has anyone had this issue and successfuly got the cyan to WORK?! I'm so frustrated.

As you have already tried the troubleshooting steps, this could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.
