I recently changed the black ink cartridge on my HP Envy Pro 6452 printer, despite it saying it had moderate levels of black ink, because when it prints black ink it's faded or has white lines through it (if the blank ink comes out at all). The new cartridge has not solved the issue either. I went through all the steps from the virtual assistant (cleaning the printer head, cleaning smears, aligning, etc.) and nothing has worked. And since I'm "out of warranty" HP refuses to help me fix their product aside from letting me post on this forum.

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, either the cartridges are faulty or the printer itself.
