Product: Envy Pro 6455
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

How can I change the region for the Envy Pro 6455 from USA to Italy so I can use the 305XL ink cartridges instead of the 67 cartridges?  I changed the setting in the advanced menu from USA to Italy and now the printer ink doesn't print properly.  I still have the 67 cartridges in the printer.  I am reluctant to just swap out the cartridges with new 305XL cartridges until I am certain they will work properly.  Thanks.

Spent hours online with those guys on FB Messenger.  They are no help at all.  Instructions that don't match what I see on my computer.

So after spending a full day nearly talking to HP Support on Facebook Messenger, HP Chat Support on the HP website, then HP phone support.  I am told the region cannot be changed in the printer and I must use HP 67 ink. This is ridiculous.  I am returning the printer from where I purchased it, a military base, for a refund.
