Product: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After I changed my black cartridge, pictures started printing in only pink. I select photo paper on PC and printer. I removed my printer driver and installed it again, but didn't help. I changed out my black and color again.  If I select photo paper on my PC and printer, it just prints pink. So I tried and left the PC and printer both as plain paper.  Now it seems to print the color okay on plain paper and photo paper.  What made this happen?
