I am having the well documented error...INCOMPATIBLE INK CARTRIDGES.  I have tried for the Last 3 days With Facebook support.  It is sporadic regarding any response.  Usually at 5 am USA east coast time.

I am 99% sure I need the regionalization reset.  I get to the point of almost getting new codes and the support disappears.

is there any other direct way of doing this?  I have wasted literally 3 days of checking messages every 15 minutes.

i am frustrated and in need of the reset codes immediately as I am falling behind.

please help.

i just need direct access to support and the rest codes!

are cartridges from Malaysia?  Similar problem.  Replaced catridges made in Singapore that worked fine.  Tried 2 cartridges made in Malaysia and neither worked.  Seems like there might be a quality issue here?

Hi,

Can you see Z10 listed on the cartridges?

Open HP Smart and double-click the printer icon, then select Advances Settings.

Open the Tools tab and click on Ink Gauge or Supply Status - can you see 950 and 951 Z10 as supported, or may any other value?

I have followed every imaginable solution offered by all of you good folks!  The last solution has been the hardest to see through.  I have been advised by HP peeps on here that I need to talk with HP support direst via Facebook forum.  I have spent 3 days trying!  Each time we are at the point of new codes for the regional reset, the agent I am being assisted by disappears and nobody responds...I am at that point again as we speak.

the cartridges in the printer now are z40.  They are empty but worked fine.  The new sets I have tried are z10.

they are genuine HP and I live in America.
I need the reset codes.  I am as sure as I can be,

thanks.
