Product: HP ENVY Photo 7858 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I purchased Genuine HP Cartridge Ink for my HP Envy Photo Printer 7800 All In One
The HP App was showing that the Black Cartridge was 2/3 Full
However, I was unable to print. I contacted HP Support and they advised me to clean the Printer Head. I did so. Did not help.
A friend told me to change the Black Cartridge. So I purchased another cartridge and the new one did the trick. My printer is fine now. I would like to be reimbursed for the defective Black Cartridge that needed to be replaced. However, I cannot find a way to contact HP regarding this matter.
Can anyone help?
Thank you. F. Osher
