HP Recommended

My printer message says to contact HP Support because there is a printer or ink error.  I repeatedly entered my serial number on-line and through their voice prompt--HP does not recognize it.  There must be a way to contact HP support if their software is not recognizing valid printer serial numbers.  Need help ASAP!

I understand that you are having issues with the ink system failure.

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, this could be hardware.
