Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7255e All-in-One Printer

This is my third printer in 2 years not working. All new. Horrible print quality. All 3 use the 64 ink cartridges. Is there a problem with 64? Was there a recall on them? That is what tech told me. I was never notified. I Did I waste my time trying to figure out print quality on 3 printers when the cartridge 64 was the issue all along?? They are in the process of sending me new ones out.
